Camera Work deals with promotion and communication activities for the dissemination of the project through press campaigns, TV and radio, billboards campaigns, web, organization of events and press office. Objectives: to promote the integrated quality system for the fishing enterprises of "Scirocco 36"; to keep up the certified quality and the traceability of the "Scirocco 36" fishing chain; to improve and promote the certifying fishing products, highlighting the nutritional values and the high quality of the fresh fish of the Adriatic; to enhance the quality of the fresh fish starting from the capture regulation; to promote the fresh fish product on fishing markets; to link the quality restoration system to the "Scirocco 36" fishing chain; to involve Hospitality Management Institutes.
